We do not send emails to anyone without permission and we do not sell or provide email addresses to any unauthorized third party. If you receive any unsolicited emails from spammers, please be assured that MMC did not provide your email address to such parties. This does not mean that we can prevent spam from happening on the Internet. Unfortunately, spammers obtain email addresses in a number of devious ways, including when you respond and ask to be taken off a spam email list, and in some cases by just generating emails to millions of random email addresses in the hopes of getting a few "live" ones. Please be assured that at MMC we hate spam as much as you do.



Shipping Methods

UPS is our primary shipping carrier. Since UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, we strongly recommend you indicate either a residential or business shipping address to avoid delays. Standard Shipping – All "Standard Shipping" orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS, whichever is most cost-effective. This means that packages under 13oz will ship "USPS 1st Class Mail" (2-10 business days) and that all heavier boxes will be rate-shopped between "USPS Priority Mail" (2-5 business days) and "UPS Ground" (1-7 business days). In general, this means that boxes less than 3lbs will go Priority Mail and that heavier boxes will ship UPS Ground. This, however, is not a hard rule, as UPS Extended Delivery Area fees can make USPS Priority Mail less expensive for packages upwards of 10 lbs. All packages destined for APO/FPO addresses, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands will ship via USPS, regardless of weight. APO/FPO orders can take up to 2 months to be delivered, please contact us if your order takes longer than that to arrive. Guaranteed 3 Day – Orders will be shipped via UPS 3 Day Select OR UPS Ground, depending on your location. Delivery is guaranteed within 3 business days of the ship date. Orders placed M-F before 2:00 PM Eastern Time will ship out the same day (except in cases where an item may be out of stock, subject to limited availability, or where "PayPal" has been indicated as the method of payment). Guaranteed 2 Day – Orders will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air OR UPS Ground, depending on your location. Delivery is guaranteed within 2 business days of the ship date. Orders placed M-F before 2:00 PM Eastern Time will ship out the same day (except in cases where an item may be out of stock, subject to limited availability, or where "PayPal" has been indicated as the method of payment). Guaranteed 1 Day – Orders will be shipped via UPS Next Day Air ("Saver" will be used where available) OR UPS Ground, depending on your location. Delivery is guaranteed within 1 business day of the ship date. Orders placed M-F before 2:00 PM Eastern Time will ship out the same day (except in cases where an item may be out of stock, subject to limited availability, or where "PayPal" has been indicated as the method of payment). Next Day Air (Saturday)* – Time-definite shipping method. Available from 5PM Eastern on Thursday to 2PM Eastern on Friday for delivery on Saturday by the end of the day. Saturday delivery is not available to some rural areas. You will be contacted if your order cannot be shipped via this method. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on Friday will ship out the same day (except in cases where an item may be out of stock, subject to limited availability, or where "PayPal" has been indicated as the method of payment). Canada (UPS Standard) – International ground shipping (Canada only). Limited to regions where UPS Standard delivery is available (orders will not be accepted from customers located in zip codes that start with "X", "Y", or "Z"). Business day delivery only (M-F). All applicable brokerage fees and local taxes are included in our shipping quote when ordering so that no payment is necessary upon package delivery. *Time-definite shipments (Guaranteed 3 Day, 2 Day, 1 Day, and Next Day Air Saturday) that do not arrive by the end of the day on the scheduled delivery date (due to carrier delays) may have a partial refund issued to reflect the service that was received. Refunds cannot be issued due to delays from unavailability of the recipient, acts of God, acts of public authority, riots, strikes, labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to weather phenomena or natural disasters, or in the event that an ordered product is out of stock or has limited availability.
